Works on Paper

My works on paper are made in the same spirit as my oil paintings, but at a quicker tempo.  They are rapid studies in perception - quick translations of movement, air, light, or sensory clarity. Their immediacy allows me to stay connected to the raw, exploratory side of the studio process. ​

Horizons Series

A separate watercolor series. Minimal studies on the meeting of earth and sky - meditations in color and stillness. This series grew out of a need for soft quiet.
