Staying inside...

It's been frigid today, and we have had some ice accumulation.  It's been a good day to stay inside and prepare some soup (and I do recommend this recipe, with the addition of some red pepper flakes!).  Next, I think I will log some time in the studio and see what I can get into...Happy Weekend, everyone!

I don't always get notified of your new blog posts (via Blogger/Google reader) so I've missed a few of your last posts. :o
Can't wait to see more of your work on watercolour paper, something I'm currently loving myself. I'm not currently painting on canvas (haven't got any) so using watercolour paper, and mostly watercolours, for my abstract paintings. ~ Sara

Oh, that's disappointing about my new posts not working correctly :(

I've never worked very much with watercolor paper (even though I've had several watercolor classes in school - long story), but I do like the change of pace with these studies. Maybe sometime I will invest in a nicer paper...btw love the new abstract piece you posted!
